Pre-season training starts on Tuesday, 9th July’19

Time to limber up and dust off those boots !

Pre-season rugby training starts at 7.30pm at Woolmer Hill and will continue throughout the Summer before our first series of matches in September.

Sessions will include ‘strength & conditioning’ as well as developing your rugby skills and team tactics.
