After dedicating approximately two decades to the field of education, I transitioned into full-time coaching, as a qualified basketball and rugby coach. Over the past few years, I've taken on the exciting venture of establishing a women's rugby team, with a specific focus on engaging the Pacific Island community. My coaching journey has also led me to contribute my expertise to Surrey Rugby, further enriching my experience in the world of sports.Since 2011, I've proudly called the Haslemere area my home, immersing myself in the local community and embracing the vibrant culture it offers. As a former School Governor at St. Johns Infant School in Churt, my commitment to education seamlessly blends with my passion for coaching, creating a holistic approach to personal and community development.
My deep love for coaching extends beyond the technicalities of the game; it encompasses the profound experiences and connections forged through sport. In my perspective, sports stand as one of the most crucial yet often underrated elements in building a robust and interconnected community.
